Life Is Hard
Relationships that once were life-giving now feel like a chore. It feels like nothing is how it should be and change seems impossible. You vaguely remember a time where life wasn’t this difficult, but you have no idea how to get back there. It can be so painful to be human sometimes. I’ve been there.
Next Steps
Just being on this page means you are ready to take the next step. Take a deep breath and honor that. Life does not have to be this difficult.
Let me show you how to reconnect with yourself and reset your life.
Relational Perspective
Knowing that the number one predictor of therapeutic success is your relationship with your therapist, I recognize how important connection is.
I work from a relational perspective where I act as a co-pilot on the journey of evaluating aspects of your childhood, previous relationships, and other wounds to see the impact on your daily life today. We all received various messages from our life experiences and the people with whom we interact. Some of these messages are helpful and some get in the way of our life goals and desires. By evaluating your values, goals, and desires we can start the work towards aligning your life towards those outcomes. This leads to stronger relationships, greater work satisfaction, and improved sense of self.
Lean into that voice that is telling you to give yourself the chance to do life differently.
I am excited to partner with you in recovery.

”We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves.
The book is called Opportunity, and its first chapter is New Year’s Day.”
